Description
Waldent Wal-Orthodontics Distal End Cutter 10/102
is capable of cutting the archwires upto 0.56 x 0.70mm/ 0.022" x 0.28" both intraoral and extraoral methods
It is ideally used for cutting the distal end of the orthodontic wire emerging out of molar tubes
It also has a safety mechanism to hold the cut archwire so that it doesn't fall into the patient's mouth
Distal end cutter a special plier used to cut off the ends of the arch wire.
Shear cuts hard wire and then safely holds the loose distal end to prevent wire from going to tissue.
Designed for intraoral cutting & lip safety
Cuts wire close to the Buccal tube & safely holds the distal end
