Bio-Art Plast Vac P7 Vacuum Forming Machine

Direction to Use

Setup:

• Place the machine on a stable surface.
• Connect the machine to the office or laboratory electrical network.

Sheet Preparation:

• Select a suitable round or square sheet of the desired material, dimensions, and thickness for your application.

Loading the Sheet:

• Place the selected sheet onto the rotative sheet support.
• Ensure that the sheet is properly positioned for uniform heating.

Heating Process:

• Turn on the machine.
• The unique heating system with carbon fiber resistance will initiate the plasticizing process. This typically takes around 2 minutes.

Vacuum Forming:

• The machine’s powerful motor, with an automatic system, will turn off the heating and start the vacuum.
• The rotative sheet support allows both sides of the sheet to be uniformly heated, ensuring a perfect reproduction of the cast.

Cast Removal:

• The double-sided cast rack facilitates the removal and finishing of the cast.

P7 Plus Model (Optional):

• If you have the P7 Plus Model, use the digital timer to program the heating time based on the sheet material and thickness.
• Audible alerts will signal the end of the programmed time, providing greater control over the process.

Application:

• Use the formed tray for various applications such as whitening, surgical guides, bruxism appliances, mouthguards, copings, temporary bridges, orthodontic retainers, and more.
